BLUE SKIES!!!
the whole first week i was there with the 3 younger ones it was freezing! no really, seriously cold! like jackets cold! but the 2nd week was beautiful
we bought a 'few' things at target but were parked on the other side of the mall so i suggested that we bring the cart thru the mall. well, 'only canadians do that!' they said they didn't want to be seen with me if i was going to do that. so what? they're your friends that shop here, not mine. i guess i have a little bit of my dad in me not caring what other people think...if it's practical, do it. guess what? they walked with me, and even went into american eagle with me...and the shopping cart (which, by the way, they put THEIR stuff on while we were shopping. go figure)
oh to be 18 and carefree again...
a little bit of my nephew sam's humor found in the mailbox. you have to know him to think this is funny. he is funny. very funny. think of the children!

the kids slept in tents some of the time...and tim and lisa even stayed here in the trailer so they could be close even though they live only 5 minutes away. thanks guys, we loved that!!
we got a rental car from hawaii...some guy on the highway even rolled down his window and yelled to us to ask us how we got the car here. oh, brother!

out there in the boonies the internet is SOOOO slow...this was after about 3 hours! i thought i was going to go crazy!! so i fixed that~i didn't blog (yep, i know you know ;)
