it's official. we've given our deposit {to the #1 nursing program in NJ!!} and our 'baby' will be going to fairleigh dickenson university in the fall. i'm so proud of her for getting in...it's not easy and she's worked for it. i got to see a little of college life...cool! kit got to sit in on a class today and she said it was awesome~she wanted to just sit there and learn it all-doesn't surprise me at all!! not just because i'm her mom, but...she's going to make an AMAZING nurse! seriously, it takes an incredible person to be a nurse...you couldn't PAY ME to do the stuff that they have to do~actually, you'd probably WANT to pay me to leave you alone. but the business aspect of medicine? hook me up!thanks, kayt, for inviting me to go along with you-it was truely a privilege! i love you, girlfriend!

well, sister, actually i WAS wearing a nice greyish pair of ann taylor dress pants! now if i told you that you could find the shirt at gap you'd be there today, BUT, since i bought it at talbots i know you will NEVER own one. (seriously, though, it's not that hard-you pick out the clothes you want and bring them to the register-just like at american eagle...and i promise they won't bite you!!)
ReplyDeleteand...fyi...i actually had my lisa leonard necklace on with it before the pearls but the outfit didn't do it justice. (i have the shirt in a blue/shite stripe too and THAT one i DO wear my favorite LL sister necklace with!)
